DISC
charts a persons behavioral profile
which spells out HOW a person works, approaches problems,
people, and change; also, how a person communicates and prefers
to be communicated with. It gives clear indications about
how a person manages self, others, the job, and performance,
and how they relate to and fit into a team. The tool is most
effectively used for recruitment, developing people, career
planning, and for identifying leadership characteristics in
a person.
A companion
piece, the W/E (Work Environment) measures the requirements
of the job concerning behavior and communication styles. The
readings from DISC and W/E are graphically compared to determine
how close the fit is between the person and the job.
PIAV

WHY people do what they do affects performance, both
on and off the job. The reports generated help illuminate
those motivating factors and attitudes which are the driving
forces behind our decisions. This instrument is often used
as a key part of the employee and manager selection process,
and for understanding conflict and performance issues.
DNA

competencies required to fulfill the responsibilities and
accountabilities of a job. It distinguishes the importance
of competencies and provides a computerized analysis of the
responses of up to 10 people. The tool is used for position
analysis, recruitment and selection, training and development,
career path design, succession planning and performance management.

emotional self-awareness, assertiveness, interpersonal relationship,
flexibility, impulse control, stress tolerance, problem solving.
This assessment

and for improving organizational effectiveness.
